Plain English: We want everyone to be able to use Auttiv. We build toward WCAG 2.1 AA and we fix barriers when you tell us about them — email accessibility@auttiv.com and we'll respond.

1. Our commitment

Auttiv is committed to making its website and apps usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort: we treat it as a continuous process of testing and improvement rather than a one-time certification.

2. What we do

Semantic, structured HTML so screen readers can navigate headings, lists, and landmarks.
Color choices reviewed for contrast (we target WCAG AA contrast ratios for text).
Keyboard operability and visible focus states for interactive controls.
Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
Responsive layouts that work across screen sizes and support browser zoom.
Support for both light and dark display modes.

3. Compatibility

Auttiv is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile, together with their built-in assistive features and common screen readers. Some third-party content we display (for example, dealer-provided vehicle photos and external data) is outside our direct control and may not meet the same standard; please report any such issue and we will address what we can.

Please describe the page or feature, the problem, and the assistive technology, browser, and device you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly and to resolve issues as quickly as we reasonably can.

5. Ongoing improvement

We review accessibility as part of our regular work and as we ship new features. This statement will be updated as our practices evolve.
