This privacy policy explains what the Auttiv Marketplace Lister Chrome extension does and does not do with your data. It applies only to the Chrome extension. For the privacy policy of the broader Auttiv platform (auttiv.com), see Auttiv Privacy Policy.
The extension helps a car dealer post their own Auttiv inventory to Facebook Marketplace by auto-filling the "Create vehicle listing" form, and helps them manage buyer replies for their own listings. It is a productivity tool — it fills forms and sends replies you would otherwise type by hand, on your own logged-in Facebook session. It does not log in for you, scrape other people's data, or act on anything outside your own listings and their buyer conversations.
facebook.com/marketplace/*, and only to fill the form fields (type, year, make, model, mileage, price, body style, condition, colors, description) and upload the vehicle photos. It reads the form's field labels to know where to type.facebook.com/marketplace/inbox and facebook.com/messages/*, it reads new messages from buyers in threads connected to your own vehicle listings, so your Auttiv AI assistant can draft a reply. It only sends a reply that your own Auttiv account queued and you approved through Auttiv — it never composes or sends anything on its own initiative outside that queue.The extension communicates only with:

Message content is relayed to your own Auttiv account (which uses an AI provider under contract to draft suggested replies for your review) and never to any other third party. There are no third-party scripts loaded inside the extension. Your vehicle and conversation data never leaves your own Auttiv account and your own Facebook session.
The extension enforces conservative posting limits (a maximum of 10 listings per day, with 5–10 minute spacing between posts) to keep your Facebook account in good standing. It only posts vehicles that have real photos and a finance-word-free description. It never promises "unlimited" posting.
